"Alice in Wonderland"is an excellent movie.
yesterday was oodles of fun. today was hilarious. I like Kassie. and Jessie. and Kati. and Robyn. everytime i would turn over in my sleep, i got a whiff of campfire smoke, that's #3. we headed up to makeout point to headlight couples "getting some". fail. but we found the appeal of it, the view is awesome. Costa tastes real good when it's dark outside, especially when you take turns telling awkward hand holding stories while you eat it.

5th Sunday is the best Sunday of them all. me and Syd got lucky enough to teach the rowdy 10 year old boys. goodness. one little boy, James, is the real life version of Russell, from "Up". he is a little chubby, super loud, and talks with a full on lisp. he yelled this at us 3 times when we told him to keep it down a little:
"I said I'd keep it under control, but I didn't say for how long! a loop hole!"
good one James.

how stellar would it be if there were still old school diners around, like this one in "Grease". look, look how cool they are. somebody would probably make bank if they opened one of these. it would be the hottest hangout spot of the summer, and everyone would load up on quarters to play their favorite songs on the jukebox. the floor would probably be checkered, and the people would probably wear red and white. do you want to be happy like Danny and Sandy? i know i do.

P.S. as a child i never realized how inaproppriate this movie really is, i just had the hots for Danny Zuko.

have mercy

in the last 2 days i've gotten a total of 8 hours of sleep. have mercy.

olive garden made me want to throw up because it's so good. have mercy.

i was forced to sit throught 2010 graduation. have mercy.

but i can't really complain about life right now, it's had mercy on me.

even though i've had a tremendous lack of rest, it's been a super fun start to the summer. tuesday night: ceremonies began. we burned all our hard work and felt really good about it. i said goodbye to Precal Honors homework with sarcastic sorrow. sorry, it's real. we played some trampoline baseball, and i struck cade out. get some, what?

we met up with some friends on a date, at a time, and at a place that will not be mentioned. but we'll keep it at this: pancakes taste really yummy in the early (really early) hours of the morning, especially at super shady people with a fun group of kids.

Olive Garden's soup, salad, and breadstick lunch special treated me well. nobody can complain about quality like that.

it was actually neat watching my older sister graduate from high school. it really wasn't as bad as everyone says. Dallin Major's voice soothed me to the point of pure joy, and D Lloyd looked so fine in his gown. plus i love those people who decide to make things interesting for me by keeping it real on the jumbo tron by taking stellar pictures. like that one superman guy, whoever you are. and Bryan Sampson, repping BYU. kudos.

congrats sis! you'll do great things.

SUMMER. summer. it's finally here. after spending countless hours in the prison, we're released to live like rockstars, or something like it. I liked kicking off summer of 2010 at the music blasting, headache granting, hand cramping yearbook party. I try to be as specific and creative when signing yearbooks as I can, but there's always the clueless few who still write "H.A.G.S."

gee thanks. I saw sthadie busthtin a move. in honor of the dodsons, i'll have millions of dance partiesth, i mean parties. i don't have "the gift" like some, but I can get my groove on every once in a while. syd will be present at all of them, and the song "2 step" will play at all of them. she's got mad skills..

I plan to go to lagoon this summer with as many people as I can get. it smells really bad there, but it's always high on the to do list. i'll stay away from the ferris wheel, since i'm afraid of heights. curse my lack of courage, they're so cool.

i'm kinda really sad that seminary is over, it was a good class for me. i promised myself i'm going to attend summer seminary at least 3 times.


today was Jades birthday, watch out. we took her out to eat at Wingers and i've never been so full in my life.

life is really just a bowl of cherries

i changed the whole blog, i think it was necessary. and i love it.

i wish i had a pen pal in a far away land, like maybe Australia or Scotland. that would be the coolest. then i could buy a lot of stationary. a lot of people don't know, but that is my secret weakness. i love fresh new stationary that looks classy and fancy.

my mom burns incense. some people think it's gross, but i may have become an addict over the last 17 years of my life. oops. i especially like the mint smelling ones.

what do you do when all you wanted to do was watch a ball game but the rain decides to pour all over you? hit up the cool parts of Slat Lake City. first, pay a visit to Sconecutter home of the delicious scone with a stick of butter, a pound of cinnamon, and about 2000 calories. but hey, you can run it off later. while your waiting for the rain to clear up and a ball game to start, i'd suggest coming up with creative things involving the name "Sconecutter".

when your full of scones and the weather doesn't look promising, it's time for some serioius shopping. okay, my new favorite store EVER can be found in Sugar House. if your ever in Salt Lake, you must go check out One Thousand Villiages. this place is ran by volunteers who sell native items from all over the world, raising money for the struggling countries. it's incredible the things that can be done with some telephone wire, newspaper, and determination. you'll adore the bracelets, earrings, bags, and little keepsakes crafted by natives. seriously, go.
traffic at 5 p.m. sucks. so, to pass the time and set the mood, grab a waterbottle and sing All By Myself in your liquid microphone at the top of your lungs. let it all out. we did. whataday.

my stomach wasn't working right when we went to costa. freak.

It's absolutely crazy how fast school has flown by! one second i was looking for a homecoming dress, and the next i was getting dropped off by my prom date. soon i'll be looking for a wedding dress (not a hint or anything, just saying)! my sister is graduating this year. graduating. i'm next. I have made so many friends and met cool people in high school. -i'm talking like it's over for me- but really. i have major senioritis. next year will be a battle! I think it's safe to say I need to practice growing up a little bit.

it all started with chocolate chip pancakes

I made cute designs on my bubble sheet then watched the lunch ladies prepare school lunch. AP tests have basically become one of my hobbies. the announcer lady was really good at reading.

the flies one, i wrote just about the nicest fairytale ever written, but whatever.

mac has bat caves, and i went in them today.

i love my mom!

she's the best mom in the whole wide world. i can't express how much i appreciate her in my life.
she is always there for me when i need her, and is always showing how much she loves me.
she is really good at cooking and can solve any problem. she painted our whole house and does a lot of the repairs we need too! she's creative, smart, helpful, caring, compassionate, optimistic, willing, charming, cool, cheery, loving, funny, and always trying to cheer people up. she's a really good person and i'm glad she is my mom!!
us kids are just grateful for her.
